For IEM Fall North America, the group will revert to their normal roster.

Evil Geniuses has stated that Peter “stanislaw” Jarguz and Vincent “Brehze” Cayonte will not compete in the BLAST Premier Fall Groups. Evil Geniuses stated in an announcement that the two players have “asked time apart to focus on their personal mental health.”

However, the group will field coach Damian “daps” Steele in place of Stanislaw, and have enlisted Teodor “SPELLAN” Nikolov from the MAD Lions bench to fill Brehze’s seat in their competition bid.

When the squad returns to North America, they will play in IEM Fall from October 5 to 10 with the hopes of earning a seat at the PGL Major in Stockholm.

Following ESL Pro League Season 14, which did not include stanislaw because he said he wasn’t “mentally ready for more international travel and competition”, the team has extended his interim absence.

Evil Geniuses finished their ESL Pro League campaign in last place with daps, winning only one map versus FaZe and going 0-5 in their group.

EG will participate in Group A of the BLAST Premier Fall, where they will face Astralis in their first match on September 16.

The Evil Geniuses lineup for BLAST Premier Fall Groups will be as follows:

Bulgaria Tsvetelin “CeRq” Dimitrov
United States Owen “oBo” Schlatter
Poland Michał “MICHU” Müller
Canada Damian “daps” Steele (stand-in)
Bulgaria Teodor “SPELLAN” Nikolov (stand-in)
