List Of All Teams And Rosters Competing In The Dota Pro Circuit In 2022

The journey to The International 2022 begins right now.

The Dota Pro Circuit 2022 is about to start. The first of three phases of the Winter Tour will run from Nov. 29 to Jan. 23, with the exception of the Chinese regional league, which will have varying dates.

Since this is a direct continuation of the new regional league model implemented for the 2021 DPC, fans should recognize the bulk of the teams in each area, despite a large amount of roster shuffling that occurred after Team Spirit won the Aegis of Champions at The International 10.

Each of the six areas is divided into upper and lower divisions, just like the 2021 DPC. But, beginning with the Winter Tour, the 2022 DPC has introduced the third segment, resulting in three distinct Tours, each with its own regional league and Major. The top teams from each region’s upper division will qualify for the equivalent Major at the end of each Tour.

With 18 teams in each competition, here’s how the Major slots for the 2022 DPC are being distributed:

• China: Four slots
• Western Europe: Four slots
• Eastern Europe: Three slots
• Southeast Asia: Three slots
• North America: Two slots
• South America: Two slots

The bottom two teams in each upper division will be relegated to the lower division ahead of the next Tour, while the top two teams in the lower division will be promoted to the upper division. Similarly, the bottom two teams from the lower division will be relegated from the regional league entirely, with two new teams from the region’s open qualifiers for that Tour taking their place.
